Located at 1785 Jalna Boulevard, just off Southdale Road, my private home studio offers a focused and comfortable environment for your training journey. I specialize in personal training, partner training, and fascial stretch therapy, providing a comprehensive approach to your health and wellness needs. Understanding that convenience is key, Benitez Personal Training also offers mobile training services, bringing expert coaching directly to your home within a reasonable travel distance. This flexible option ensures you can maintain your fitness routine without compromising your schedule. As a solo practitioner, I am committed to providing every client with unwavering personal attention and a tailored experience. To ensure my services are the perfect fit for you, all new potential clients are invited to a complimentary consultation and movement screen. This initial assessment allows us to discuss your objectives, evaluate your current fitness level, and explore potential training approaches, such as strength building, weight loss, or endurance enhancement. We'll work together to outline a path that aligns with your desired outcomes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

My primary service is one-on-one personal training, tailored specifically to your needs and objectives. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight, or enhance overall fitness, I will design a comprehensive program just for you. Sessions can be conducted at my fully equipped home studio, providing a private and focused environment. For your convenience, I also offer the flexibility of in-home personal training, bringing the workout directly to your residence

PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING

For those who prefer to train with a friend, family member, or partner, I offer partner personal training exclusively at my home studio. This service provides the benefits of personalized coaching while allowing you to share the experience and motivation with someone else. It's an excellent option for couples or friends with similar fitness goals who enjoy the camaraderie and friendly competition that comes with training together.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY 

Beyond personal training, I specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), a method that enhances flexibility, mobility, and reduces pain by targeting the body's fascial lines. FST gently stretches connective tissues around muscles, bones, and joints to decompress joints, increase range of motion, and alleviate stiffness. This therapy benefits athletic performance, injury recovery, and overall physical comfort.

DAVID BENITEZ

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified

David Benitez is a highly experienced and certified personal trainer, holding a certification from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT).

 

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, he has honed his skills working in various large gym settings before successfully establishing and operating his own home-based gym studio since 2021. Beyond his CSEP certification, David is also certified with Precision Nutrition (PN1), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), demonstrating a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach to client well-being.

 

His commitment to staying at the forefront of fitness knowledge is further exemplified by his role as a part-time instructor in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Fanshawe College. David's core philosophy emphasizes that consistency is the paramount factor in achieving fitness goals, and that mastery of fundamental principles is the foundation for advanced progress.
